One of the best parts of being a research assistant is making SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) images for my group. These are a few that I've taken. This is by no means an exhaustive collection. The insturment is a Jeol 6500 FEG SEM. If that last sentence means nothing to you...it means that it rocks! :-)
